Nobody paid attention to me and the site was active. I don't know if it's still active today...

Do you think really it's necessary? I clicked on the link and YES I use same email for some financial and sensitive services.

Hope the data we submitted are safe. 

I may not have anything, but my data is paramount.

Though, I trust Eddie and Stake well that nothing will happen to the data we submitted.

Your email address will be on the dark web already thanks to Stake and Sendgrid.

I don't mind the email though. But with the email, a lot of people are prone to phising.

 

I have unsubscribed from their email since, so any email from stake, I know it is a scam.

 

And so far, SendGrid is not where our data/information are kept, I am okay. The problem might arise if Stake loses our data, because I know a lot of people that are not happy with submitting their information and they will be ready to take the matter to court.

The data has been taken from Sendgrid already. It is already doing the rounds supposedly. Not sure what it includes besides names and email addresses though. I have used Sendgrid and it's easy to get the data when you're in.

This is a BIG DEAL, don't matter what Eddie (or anyone else) says !!

A Major Australian Medical provider was also hit yesterday, the hackers are already selling personal & sensitive details of Millions of Australians on the Dark Web. 

They got access to so much data, even the Aussie Prime Minister has publicly stated that he's worried about his own personal details.

 

Stake needs to be completely open and honest on the extent of this Breach, to allow everyone to secure their personal details.

If the email database that was breached, everyone needs to Change passwords on every site you have used the same email as you have with Stake

 

Bad enough as it is....

At least Stake don't have anyone's banking details (being a cryptocurrency site)..

Is our Names, Adresses, phone numbers, International Passport, Driver's licence, safe?

Fair enough.

Not sure what data they keep on Sendgrid, may just be names and email addresses.

Email service was briefly compromised which lead to phishing emails being sent to the whole database. Luckily, not a single account got compromised and all data is safe.

Everything is back to normal now but just for precaution, if you've clicked on the link inside the phishing email, please change your password and set 2FA as an extra layer of protection.

You really need to be giving out Better advice than that..

data Breach's (no matter how small) can ruin peoples lives... !!

briefly and getting all the emailadresses don't go in the same sentence. If nothing was wrong no one needed to change password and set 2fa

they can go undetected for months.

did you know the average data breach, captured data gets sold for 500.000 dollars?

simple saying everything is fine, and then dropping a code that i cant claim, wont gain my trust.

 

I reported a lot of things about this too support.

 

I Also warned them,... sending out weeklys and monthly via links, was incredible hacker heavy.

its like an open invite for them to attack ther servers.

 

but here is the thing, if your not 2 hours deep in a conversation with live support. nothing happens.

its when you keep feeding stake support with data, examples and affects. thats when they refund ya!
