denize192 Posted November 9, 2022 #1 Posted November 9, 2022 Why didnt Stake announce to people on TG, Twitter or anywhere else that their email got hacked and to tell people NOT to click that email, yes they sent out a "phising warning" to check the email adress. But its the exact same email adress as stake, its the same email adress. So if I didnt triple check I wouldve clicked on that email. So why didnt anyone in Stake warn players to not click on that email? Thats so weird to me

Double check you are visiting Stake.com when clicking Email links." Yet didnt claim that their email got hacked.
Kabonier Posted November 9, 2022 #4 Posted November 9, 2022 It also almost got me - A twitter post would've been nice.
skleven Posted November 9, 2022 #5 Posted November 9, 2022 Be aware people. This is an exceptional security breach. You should be ok if you have 2fa, but if not you might get f¤&#ed.
anamae0108 Posted November 12, 2022 #6 Posted November 12, 2022 I worried about this but seems they're able to resolve it, hope this will not happen again
