My monthly seems way off?

Hi. After getting the same old copy pasta "The marketing team does the calculations..." from the live "support", I'm in need of some unbiased thoughts and opinions.

I expected my monthly to be way higher, based on previous numbers and other peoples inputs/experiences, but was quite shocked by the result. I've gone through my entire history since I started getting bonuses on Stake and created an overview of the numbers, doesn't this seem off? What can I do?

I have the same issue and get the same macro reply. They won't even let me talk to a manager, just rushed me off the chat. 

 

I wagered 16k and only got $45 monthly bonus. Is that normal? My deposits were $2,200, everything I won I wagered back and went down to $0. I got my monthly and it was $45. I've received weekly bonuses around $20 before so how the hell is a monthly only 16k wagered only $45.

Something is broke and not adding up. I want them to show how much you need to wager to get X bonus. I think that's a fair and honest way to do business with players. It's really shady at the moment as I was getting more before. I am gold 76% to Platinum I

Yeah, seems to be way off. Update is that nothing changed, support dont care, so gonna have to let it go.
