xtinepink Posted March 3, 2018 #1 Posted March 3, 2018 Cryptocurrency is very known worldwide and the number 1 that is is being used is BItcoin. on the other hand there are also what we called altcoins which have many functionalities as well and compared to bitcoin it is faster and of course offers low fees too. So have you thought of what is there are no altcoins? What could have happen to bitcoin if there are no altcoins? will it be higher in it's price and slower transactions? Just some random thoughts on my mind. What are your thoughts?

Han2x Posted March 3, 2018 #3 Posted March 3, 2018 I think it will be much higher that what it is right now. The attention or interest of all investors will only be focus to Bitcoin. A demand will not be spread and will be bulk. So it will need a larger volume that will make the prize more higher.

nhoyasim101 Posted March 3, 2018 #5 Posted March 3, 2018 Ahm i'ts no difference when you go to a simple wet market, groceries, or shopping malls, (e.g) i buy shoes with NIKE brand it's higher price with other branded shoes, same manners with BTC and its alts, iF their is no altscoins, i guess price of BTC will be double or more, coz no price competition.
