Platinum 2 account PERM banned without warning

Oh man.. so talk about a stressful situation.

So, i got really heated because after a forced refreash notification ("please refreash for an optimal experience" when u click the X it forces refreash" 

 

Lost $540 going steady line into deep reds.  So i was kind of going off in chat saying i lost bc of the "forced refreash skem" 

Then i said something like "aww man, i wanna die now lol" 

Suddenly got "error u cannot do that" when i tried entering next message "but thats the way the cookie crumbles lol thats jsut gambling for yea, u lose more than u win" and boom... Account disabled.

 

 

I messaged support asking what happened and explained i wasnt at all making a "suicidal threat" like support claimed i was permanently banned for.  Ive seen many many others say stupid stuff like that, as well as "R.I.P ME" etc. So i didnt even have the opportunity to know how serious Stake now takes any messages even remotely close to suicidal msgs. 

 

I appolgize for getting heated and saying "im dead. $540 gooonnee f***** greaat woo" "awww i wanna die now lol". Etc. Didnt even think of how that would look coming fromca higher rank Vip player in a public chat room.. 

 

But to have my entire account ive been working on for over two years, all my affilate funds, refferals, bonuses, etc etc taken away without any type of warning or communication? That feels REALLY shitty.. especially since i was told i got banned for "threattening suicide" which ID NEVER DO. My step father commited suicide when i was a kid so making light of it and immaturly joking about it, sure.. i do that sometimes. But i would NEVER seriously threatten that for any reason. 

 

I do not feel i deserve to lose my account ive spent tens of thousands on, lose all the relationships ive built over the couple years, my refferals, bonuses, etc.. because i made a shitty mistake that ive seen many do before without any consequence. 

 

Please, let me know guys.. do you feel i deserve to be permanently banned and account disabled for a simple mistake ive apologized and learned from?

We have strict rules against suicidal messages/threats. All I can tell you is this case cannot be solved here. The only people you should talk to are the support team.

It's not just a chat ban as you said your account was locked and unfortunately I will have to ban your forum account as well, you will be able to use your forum account again when you can use your Stake account. You can continue this conversation with the support team via email or live support.
