Russian Officials Propose Lighter ICO Regulations

Now we can see more countries are coming in for ICOs, recently the Russian government also announced proposal for ICOs regulations.

One of that, Russian investors in digital assets will be allowed to open an account on foreign cryptocurrency exchanges, wherein they can alsobuy tokens abroad. Similarly, non-residents should be allowed to invest in Russian ICO projects, the officials have argued. 

Imo, I think this is a good move from the government especially when checking some ICOs around, it's alarming to see that they are more scams spreading in ICO projects.
