Can't make a post under the Bet ID prediction competition.

As my title suggests I Can't make a post under the Bet ID prediction competition.  The reply button simply does not exist for me. I did try contacting stakes live support but they werent much help. The solution they gave was to delete all cookies and browser history restart my computer and re-sign in. I did and nothing changed. So now I am not allowed to enter your competition and also the blame is being put on my side by the live support. Can anyone more capable help me please. Best regards/ Starcrossed
