I can't redeem any code even if it meets the requirements

Hello. I feel cheated, I think it's my right. How can it be that by meeting the wagering requirements by typing the quick code before it ends I can't claim it because I don't meet the wagering requirements? Take screenshots, support doesn't help. I'm tired. It is disrespectful to those of us who live from the game. The rainfarmers take everything and you make me jump a signal that is a lie.

you wagered $7287.10.  Are the $287.10 to reach $7000 requirements wagered just before you tried to claim the code??

what I mean is that, I had around $6900 wagered and when I saw the $7000 requirements, I quickly went to dice and wagered $200 so my stats is now at $7100 but I still couldn't claimed the code. So my guess is it will take a while before our "wagered in  the last 7 days" update itself EVEN though the statistics has already been updated.

If we calculate your total wager from that period, 7 days prior, we get a total sum of $6895.15 USD, meaning you were unfortunately not eligible to claim this code.

The statistics snapshot is updated in intervals, not real-time - I understand this is can seem a bit misleading in these particular scenarios and I have raised it as a valid concern with our development team to work on a better, more streamlined solution.
