I would highly appreciate if you could take a look at this please

I can't claim the coupon for VIP challenge "Hot Numbers" because (as far as I can see the winners list on pastebin) you've entered my forum name: ralfonso and not my Stake username: ralphons

Therefore I can't claim because of the incorrect username

And also, the pastebin info is kind off lines so I can't see for sure but looks like you've entered only 9 out of my 10 bets. ( and maybe because this and possibly me having a higher average bet size I could advance to top20 prize)

Thanks man for quick reply. 

I'm 100% sure I had that bet but maybe wrote it down incorrectly. I won't claim this coupon right now I'll get back home and try to find the right bet. I assume one number in the ID is wrong but as I said, I definitely had that code. Please give me an hour or so to find that bet

I don't understand something. I just checked my bets archive and found the 17,1x bet on Keno and I've posted the same bet ID (all the numbers match) but can't seem to look at it on Stake (Bet not found), why is that? I'm 110% sure I got that 17,1x bet and posted it because I hunt the multipliers in ascending order. How could we resolve this? I trust and believe we can work this out somehow

@AleksandarZ check my reply above please. I could share the bet archive from 1st december when I got that 17x win on Keno

So funny update now. I just (few minutes ago) downloaded the 1st December bets archive on my pc and A LOT of my bets are gone now which I did see earlier when posting the previous replies. Even the 17x I was talking about.

Luckily I had saved the original one my phone, so here is the screenshot of the bet itself on 1st december Bets Archive when I DID hit the 17,1x on Keno which I did include in my original post on the challenge topic and all the numbers are the same. Why (as of now) it's not visible on Stake I have no idea and probably someone on Stake technical support would have an answer. I would really appreciate for this to be looked into
