Investigating and resolving disputes between users or between users and the company.

Banning or suspending users who violate the platform's rules or engage in prohibited activities.

Communicating with other moderators and company management to ensure that the platform is running smoothly and efficiently.

But also, try to help stake users when they have any question/problems

-Helping to create a positive and safe community: As a moderator, i would have the opportunity to help create a positive and safe community for users to engage in discussions and share information.

-Increase leadership skills: Being a moderator requires strong leadership skills, such as communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution. These skills can be valuable in many areas of life, including work and personal relationships.

-Gaining knowledge and experience: Moderating a chat can provide me valuable knowledge and experience. I may also learn new skills, such as how to use moderation tools or how to manage a team of moderators.

-Meeting new people: Moderating a chat can be a great way to meet new people who share similar interests and passions.

Yes, i was moderator on some websites and forums but also on some groups.

2. En moyenne je passe entre 5-6 heures sur le chat français chaque jour , il y a une bonne ambiance et des utilisateurs bien veillant.

3. Le rôle d'un modérateur sur un chat et de maintenir le respect des règles et de répondre au demande des utilisateurs quand il y en est besoin , mais surtout de montrer du respect vis a vis d'échange entre utilisateur et respecter les règles mise en vigueur par le site.

4. je voudrai devenir modérateur du chat français car je veux servir les intérêt aussi bien du site que des utilisateurs et je pourrai mis consacrer plus d'heures que j'y passe dessus si j'ai un rôle de modérateur, mais aussi maintenir la bonne ambiance qu'il y a sur ce chat . je tiens a remercier les modérateurs déjà mis en place sur le chat français car ils sont bienveillant et toujours au service des utilisateurs si il y en besoin.

5. Je n'est jamais étais averti, banni ou mis en sourdine . il y a des règles mis en place et il faut les respecter.

6. Oui par le passer j'ai étais modérateur d'un chat sur la plateforme Twitch, une belle expérience qui ma fais comprendre que si il n'y a pas de modérateurs actifs sur un chat tout peut vite dégénérer et se que je ne veux pas sur le chat français de Stake.

In generally, i spend 6 to 8 hours per day playing/watching the chat.

The moderator job consists to moderate the chat, guide the player and answer to the chat question.

I past the most of my time watching the chat and talking with players, some time, some players injure others players and the website, i think the chat need to be a place where everyone can talk in respect. Also, i moderate a lot on Facebook pages and other website, i love moderate.

No every time i talk on the Stake Chat i talk with respect.

Like i said in part 4, yes i already moderate for other platforms, but actually i dont moderate any platform.

It depends it can vary from 10 minutes to 2/3 hours but if I am selected to become a French chat moderator, it is obvious that I would be very active at least 7-8 hours a day

It could allow me to gain experience in the online gaming industry and develop skills in communication and conflict management.I see this opportunity as a very serious job, but I think I am flexible and fair enough not to ban abusively but more in a teaching perspective.

Yes I happened to be muted from the cat 2 or 3 times. I don't remember why I was banned but the last 2 times I was banned abusively, I had reported the information to live support because French moderators are mostly very aggressive and ban customers of stake for not much.

Yes I have already been a moderator on various youtube channels and on 1 twitch channel. I also worked as a teleconsultant so I know how to communicate to customers.

I do not spend much time on french chat. I have interacted very little on English chat. I did pursue most of my education in French in Montreal Quebec and am fluent in French ( written and spoken ). I currently am a manager for technical services in a french Hospital. I do not have any chat "friends" and will certainly be unbias.

J'ai passe peu de temps sur le chat en general. Quelques interactions dans le chat Anglais. Par contre, mon education a ete poursuivit en Francais a Montreal Quebec, et mon emploie present et celui d'un gestionnaire dans une hospital Francaise. Je n'est aucun "Ami" dans le chat et pourra assurer une supervision sans favoritism.

A moderator firstly should ensure and enforce the rules and policies outlined by Stake in the chat. Their presence is crucial to ensure the well functioning of any large chat.

They should also be aware and conscious of spotting red flags that should subsequently be reported to stake management ( agressive behavior, hate speech etc. )

They should be sensitive and apt at spotting potential indicators of mental health issues and once again refer these events to Stake management.

Premierement, un moderateur devrait assurer le bon fonctionnement ainsi que le renforcement des politiques et reglements enuméré par Stake dans le chat.

Il devrait etre aussi conscient de reperer les signes de troubles et danger dans le chat. En consequences, le moderateur devrait faire mention de ses situations a l'equipe de gestions de Stake.

le Modérateur chat accueil les clients du site en question , les dirigent sur la bonne voie s'il ils ont des questions , fait respecter le règlement en vigueur , reste bien sûre aimable et courtoie tout en respectant le client mais doit rester ferme sur les choses les plus importantes à gérer ! 
Il doit aussi avoir une bonne communication avec les personnes et bonne interaction pour pouvoir initier une envie aux joueurs de rester au sein du site pourquoi pas avec de petits jeux ou de questionnaire ou autres sur les caches ou voir sur les moyens de comme communiquer télégramme ou autre c'est un exemple biensure …

il doit aussi maintenir une ambiance voire t et sympathique pour tous les utilisateurs si certaines situations se présentaient…

Je vois que je passe beaucoup de temps sur ce chat, si je deviens modérateur, je pourrai profiter du temps que je passe.
