I clicked on it and it just gave me an error lol. Support simply said that this was an erroneous mailing and scored on it. Apparently the stake team is already celebrating in full and does not want to treat their players normally. Inadequate wagering requirements for receiving telegram bonuses, which always go to high rollers and those who specifically promote the wager. Then reload is mocking at $0.03 (and it is so small for everyone considering the statistics). Now this. Christmas at stake.com was a success.🙁

Of course, I contacted the technical support chat with this problem, but they could not help me, they asked me to send them the full version (wtf), although they had already sent all the information in the chat, as a result, they simply left me and ended the chat. Maybe here on the forum after reading this topic something will be decided, but I already tried it in the chat.

I have the complete opposite experience and have found other casinos to be unprofessional, whilst Stakes support is leaps and bounds above the rest. I am sure if you have a genuine issue it can be resolved.
