How to level up and how to be able to talk in chat?

Please help.

You need to make bets and winning. 

 

Go up to the right corner and press account on stake

To level up you need to play games, wager in those games and win some amount in them. Or speak in chat.

To speak in chat you need to wager for 100k satoshis in total (all games cumulate).

Hey @diaworld2 first of just as Kargai said you need to have wagered a total of 0.001 sats to be able to speak in chat .

To advance to next levels you need experience points. The easy way is to play all the games as many times as you can. You can see the required amount shown for every level in the main page where all games are you have your name and avatar and current level showing, for eg. 

As you can see i am Level 13 and need 7,773 experience points to advance to next level.

Go to account <  Your Profile and you see there all the achievements and just move mouse over every one to see how much experience does it give you.
