I don't know how my 0.28 reload becomes zero, when asking with support he replied

Seems that you have gotten too much already, which you have claimed and they have now compensated it, as you already received the total amount you were supposed to have, which is why it shows "0" now. Your wager doesn't effect pre/post monthly, its purely based on your VIP level.

What do you mean by too much already?? the email promotion said 288 claims in total, Claim every hour, for 12 straight days. we are in 2 days so why do you think it's too much claimed. How weird

I got 0 reloads from about 10 months, since i got gold. Now checked maybe if your reloads decreased from 0.28 to 0 maybe my increased from 0 to 0.28 but no, still the same.

I have a plat friend and he claimed a $50 post monthly bonus. That's alot of difference.

This all we get nerf for all bonus like (next reloads,  weekly,  monthly and all bonuses)  or just for this time reloads?  Idk why my reload changed from 0,28$ into 0,001$.

Yes you right for 12 days it more bigger than plat,  hope our account is okay.  So for next bonus like weekly monthly and others no any problem and we receive bonus normally

No, i see other Gold & below still have their normal reload. My friend still has 0.22 cents reload per hour. that's why it's weird cause not everyone reload is 0.00
