this is because you have claim all reload of each hout but the reload have a maximum amount $$$ you can claim

 

exemple :

they set your total reload at 100$ and you can claim 1$ hours so 24$ per day in 4 day you have reach the 100 they  give to you after your relaod are disable

reload for p4 and up work the same

if you take your reload 10min or 1hours and manage to claim every one you are cut before the end of the reload session because you are not suposed to claim your reload when you are sleeping, it why the hourly and 10min reload are bigger then daily

So 288 claims across 12 days is there way to attract players to play & claim every hour, and if someone claimed it all in one day they will already disqualified on the remaining days of claims?

so i think  it's fair

if you could manage to claim all 288 reload at 0.28$ you will manage to got ta total of 80.64$

plat user claim a 55$ coupin for the post monthly so do you think they will give 80$$ ??

so if you have claim 48 reload you have reach 7,28$ and it the double of your normal reload claim on pre/post montlhy

Not at all, but mostly in span of 24 hrs cause i stay up all night last time and the next day my reload is 0.00. Support didn't give exact explanation of what happened.  So if that the  case there is a chance they revert the old reload?  we're at 3 days of 12days of reload,  or 0.00 the rest of promotion?

That's explained of what really happened, but were at 48/288, that's not close to total amount to be claimed. Now they give us 0.00 the rest of the promotion.

i think 41out of 48, no way close to 288. if you calculate it around around $11.

not close of the total of claim but you have reach the maximum amount you cant claim

if you had claimed 4 reloads a day you would have made the 12 days

normally we sleep at night so already 8 hours you can't claim then if you work 8 hours you have 8 hours left. if you would have claimed 8 hours a day you would have been able to claim 6 days of reload

If take my reloads by  hour after 5 days of claiming 24 reloads I get cut off and lose 2 days of reloads

The weird part is my friend still can claim his reload. he claimed 56/72 in 3 days, so he claimed more in total.

Yes he is also gold and he can still claim the 9 days left in promotion.  if you total it all he can claim around 180 - 200 claims.

did you use a bot to claim your reload ... this is a reason that could loose some reload they can detect if bot are used

 this is the only reason I see ... bot or reload limit reached ...

Otherwise I don't know why they cut your reloads

No, as i said earlier i stay all night one time and claimed 24/24  in second day then next day reload became 0.00.

We have a party that night, me and friends have stay up all night, i set an alarm and claimed it. it's just take a second to claim. I didn't expect next day it will be gone.

U have multiply account or something like that (maybe ur friends but you and someone use same ip adress to claim reloads or because public ip detect)  maybe cause that reason our reloads decrease.

Its okay, but i hope its will not affect to our weekly,  monthly and etc bonus will come normally again and we received proportional thats we should receive.

No,  i don't have multi acc.  i think me and my friend  share same wifi that night when we claimed reloads,  if that what you mean.  why do you think same ip address will cause the decrease reload?

Yes cause of that stake system detect thats multiaccount, maybe because this our reload decrease.  But idk. 

Sometimes i also use public wifi for play on stake (idk who someone or others use to for play on stake) then stake system detect my ip same with someone others ip (because ip public wifi) 

But i hope next we dont get like this problem again, and our account is safe because we dont againts the rules.  We play sportif and receive bonus usual like usually we receive
