The chinese chat is a Joke.

Full of rain farmers, emoji, people "queuing up" for rain with the mod leading the way. Just send someone and observe the chat. 

real chat happening only maybe 10% of the time. Mod is a rain farmer himself and leading the chat to "pray for rain", "queue for rain"

I have stopped going to the chatroom. Strange the "higher level community admins" are not doing anything about this.
