Im trying to redeem  Bonus Drops and i got this error 

 

Can someone explain me wtf?   I have enough wager. More than enough but i can't claim it and ofc Support cant explain me anything. 

 

 

There is only one  requirement  " $  wagered in the last 7 days"

 

There is no PLAYED ENOUGH

Request statistics and check how much you wagered in the past 7 days. Its likely you don't have enough. Or just base it on the number of raffle tickets you have currently, if you have less than 15 tickets, you don't have enough wager

You have to have $14.5k rolling play in the last 7 days, I assume you don't have that.

It's not wager, people... That's a different message - "You have not wagered enough to claim this bonus" or similar.

It's the first time I've seen that message, but that's some bullshit. Support's answer is also bullshit.
