Baltics chat room

Gonna keep it short as possible. Majority language chat rooms are added already and being added more. 

Since you can't speak any other language in English chat room, more should be added. I'm not asking for some specific dialect rooms or less spoken rooms as well.

I'm personally from Latvia and would like to chat with my fellow citizens but can't since we don't have a room and can't talk anywhere else.

So my suggestion, as I saw this somewhere else, adding a Baltics chat where three countries could communicate with each other: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. 

I bet there aren't as much of us as french, german etc., but hopefully my neighbors would agree on this like it as well.

As an Lithuanian I would agree, I seen couple of Lithuanians but we are not allowed to speak in our language in chat, god damn it sucks a bit because I met few players with very little English, so you kind of want to speak with them but you can't..
