Because maybe on your VIP Bonus. and also as you can see on your stats you are UP that might be one of the reasons.

As I've read so multiple threads about it, basically monthly bonuses matters on 
1. How much you wagered

2. If you are up, less bonuses, If you are down a little bit bigger than normal

3. VIP Rank, it does matter alot, and depends on your VIP it has I think a base or average bonuses on Weekly and Monthly and Post/Pre Monthly

Try to email customer support, for me as Plat 1 and Gold before they reply like within 20minutes.

Yep its not like if you lose $10k they will give you back $8k well its casino they still pay their admins, tech support chat support and so much more to give us a good experience, Just be wise in gambling on how much you are fine losing. Just like me before I lost around $1k playing Plinko chasing 1000x and didn't hit I stopped and just reset the fairness so I will not chase it anymore. and my monthly was around $100 that was when I was still gold.
