Min tipping someone that's been tipping other players is obv passive begging and should be muted.

Is it appropiate that someone who collects for the poor take some money now and then, since he's doing such a good job ? No it isn't. Same applies for chat moderators. Shamefull and even worries me more seeing people defending this.
