This is reported by Vedomosti, who got acquainted with a copy of the statement of claim. Orekhov accuses the company of causing moral harm and requires compensation in the amount of 2 billion rubles. Also, the entrepreneur insists that Google cancel its ban on advertising crypto and ICO. The lawsuit was sent to the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow, the respondent will be the Russian legal entity of the corporation LLC "Google". The plaintiff said that he is an entrepreneur and invests in crypto-currency projects. So, it launches a network of crypto-currency terminals for operations with digital currency. The project is still under development, but Orekhov is confident that in the future, the ban on Google can negatively affect the business success and violates its rights to receive information. Meanwhile, experts are skeptical about the chances of Vladimir Orekhov to win in court. According to lawyers, the distributor can not be obliged to engage in any advertising, and also in commercial matters claims for moral damage are not claimed.
