Lost money in the withdraw

So hello guys!I withdraw 55 euros(BUSD) from stake to coinbase but coinbase dont accept transactions thought BEP20 network and they say that cant do anything,and stake says that money have left from their bank account so they cant do token recovery.So i needed so much those 55 euros and i wonder if there is a way to get them back.Any suggestions?Happy new year to everyone!

If Coinbase don't want to retrieve it, nothing can be done about it.

They could retrieve it manually tbf but they will probably won't bother.

You can try to insist.

Basically, the money left Stake so they can't do anything about it.

BEP20 and Ethereum networks have the same wallet addresses. So if you had to send to an ETH adress and sent to the same address on BEP20, they did receive it. It's just on the wrong network but that can be retrieved easily if they would just bother.

Yes, that's the only thing to do.

And I'm sure they are saying they can't to people and then at some point retrieve it for themselves.

I'm sorry to hear this. This happened to me long time ago (but wallet to wallet), not from stake. Never entered the tag number on XRP, but luckily my wallet was kind enough to recover it for me. I hope they help you.

The sad part is that they are not doomed. Coinbase will retrieve them for themselves at some point.

I'm not sure, I'm from a different country, I don't use coin base at all. They seem to be full of nonsense. I guess Binance is the universal option

It's not that they don't want to "bother" for you, it's that in order to recover those funds they'd need to actually access the private keys of the wallet, something which is a big no-no for most exchanges/wallet providers etc,  and especially for 55 euro, it's simply too big of a headache to do it.  I doubt they'd do it even for 5k euro.

there are many good ones, for example Exodus. u violate Coinbase's ToS everytime when you use it for gambling transactions
