Taughts on multiplier race?

Hello, 

 

I’m both confused and rather annoyed by the weekly multiplier race’s rules. Well it’s either or.

 

My understanding from reading the challenge was as follows. 
 

A high multiplier on any of the slots included in the race gives the possibility to win. Asked the support about this and the answer I got was that my understanding was wrong and you’d need a high multiplier on all the included slots. This led to my annoyance in the race since not all slots are available to my region. 
 

After some more research I’ve concluded that regarding to that the fact that I would need a high win on all the slots I had no chance to participate, even if I would hit a 9900x on wild cash I wouldn’t win unless I also got a high win on the other slots. But what is considered a high win? Would simply four wins of 9900x, 2x, 2x, 2x give me the highest price? 
 

Due to the winners seemingly being chosen based on one win with the highest multiplier overall the game gift rush really doesn’t have a spot even being in the race since it’s highest multiplier is x500.
 

Since the multiplier race started (might have missed something), a total of 2 races have paid the lowest prize to a multiplier lower than x500 this to between 3 and 10 participants. Out of a total of 26 races & ~1050 prizes it seems really strange to me to include games with a maximum multiplier of 500. 

I think the reason for my confusment is obvious, with the current rule set hitting a max win on Gift rush gives you less then 1% chance of receiving the lowest price so if anyone want to participate their best bet is hitting a minimum win on at least this game then moving on. 
 

A suggestion to remedy this problem and include more players is to split the price pool between the different included games so not all prizes will be given to the game with the highest possible multiplier. 
 

(Yes I’m butthurt, hit a 499 on gift rush during this race)

from my understanding: you can choose any of the 4 slots and the highest multi from any of these games win. you dont have to play all slots. however, from the thread you linked, you needed to hit at least a 864x to get into top 50 last week.

Yes hence my annoyance with the inclusion of Gift Rush. What do you think about the suggestion of splitting the price pool among all included games ? Or perhaps an additive of your highest multiplier in the included games

I'm confused, in the multiplier race you don't need a big multiplier on all games to get a prize.
Couple weeks ago my friend had a huge win on punk toilet and got 2nd and he didn't play any of the other 3 in the multiplier race.

idk, they should just pick similar games. gift rush was just a bad game because the max win is too low and its too easy to hit.

I also got max win on gift rush. I thought the prizes were separate for each slot 🤪

I'm not the only one confused by this race, I had max win on the lowest vol slot (don't remember the name) of the 4, it was around 500. I was really happy about it, it was my first max win albeit small compared to the extreme vol slots and I thought it was enough to qualify for a small prize according to the rules of the race.

I like the fact that there are many races and promotions, but I wish the process was more transparent, maybe a page for all these promotions showing your ranking in the race.

Both of you couldnt have had the max win unless I’ve mixed up the statistics. Unless you mean an earlier race. But it appears obvious I’m not the only one confused. 
 

I was hoping for an answer from one of the admins. It would be nice with an official response and also getting the rules defined. The support told me I needed a win in every slot, other people say that it’s only the highest multiplier that applies. There really is no way to know what really applies. 
 

So if a moderator sees this please clarify the rules regarding all stake challenges/lotteries once and for all
