Simplicity Posted January 10, 2023 #1 Posted January 10, 2023 So I got an issue with not getting any update/warning upon depositing that wallets are being updated. Even more so support just says "sorry for inconvenience" and "updates done as soon as possible" I deposited XRP and since its almost instant im now being forced to just wait for a "hail mary" What if it ends up being hours? Messes with my plans, and overall kind of jerkish to do so. @Eddie
youcheckibet Posted January 10, 2023 #2 Posted January 10, 2023 They'll be able to sort your deposit if it was sent to your previous wallet on the account. Frustrating if it takes while to sort out yes but hardly jerkish.

I got my depo delayed by a few hours. But I assure you that your money will get there. Stake Support advised me to always check my wallet address before sending money since they don't guarantee that I'll have a fixed one for the rest of my times.
Simplicity Posted January 10, 2023 Author #4 Posted January 10, 2023 I'm not so worried about the deposit hitting or not. It's more to do with keeping your customers informed on any updates/upgrades/wallet deposit pauses. Gambling runs highly on emotion so impulses. In some cases waiting for an hour or two is enough to take the appetite away.
iulianbutanu Posted January 10, 2023 #5 Posted January 10, 2023 Was it hard just to post an fyi on twitter instead of those bullshits about monthly?
