Gageku01 Posted January 16, 2023 #1 Posted January 16, 2023 hi all... today monthly was come out...and i cant claim it, and i dont have reload tab at vip section i already try ask to live support....they only can tell me that im not eligible for it....and they dont have any info about it.... this is statistic for the info i just reach gold level last week...and when i reach it same shit happen to mee too....i didnt get recent play, it says that "IM NOT ELIGIBLE" too...but after support ask to "SENIOR" they give me recent play too.... and nowwwww......this shit happen to me again......it says im not eligible....WTF is happen here????

Presumably this got sorted and can be closed now? The link was emailed and on TG and those with issues were given a fix the next day.
