Request for stake devs

Hi,

I'd like to request a simple task to stake's dev team:

I presume stake is written with react js or vue js, so  is it possible to add a .toLowerCase() function on the chat, so we don't see anybody posting in upper case text, that is forbidden in the chat? Then this rule could be removed from the chat rules list and mods would be happy.

@Malakief i think Stake is using SvelteJS, not react or vuejs.

As it's also javascript, my request is still valid
