Anytime i try to claim a bonus drop, I get stopped by my account asking me to re-verify my ID....and within a minute or 2 when its over, Ii dont need to. I can then access my account again! Like they purposefully dont want people to claim it. I have screenshots and also many complaints in the main chat that they also muted me on.. (without violation of their rules.) The chat support is literately a joke and cant even answer or respond to the only thing they should... otherwise their responses are dumb as hell. They turn it around and make it the players fault due to STAKES ERROR. I have only had the most idiotic, unprofessional, disturbing, and overall WAIST OF TIME talking to the chat. Instead I have solved more issues for stake such as website errors, wrongful information provided, telling them how to do their job.. and overall terrible chat support assistance. I have had ZERO HELP for every single issue. I have been told I cant be apart of their community! What company does that twisted s***. The chat support are liars. Now i find out I was fed the wrong information BY THE CHAT SUPPORT... I can literally go on and on. I have it all documented. I would never tell my followers to join your company due to the horrible service and way you treat your players. Thankfully I got to experience it so i don't put ANYONE in this situation. You are going to lose a lot of players because of EASILY resolvable issues and your Chat Support not doing its job and supporting stakes error EVERYDAY.
