There is no Stake birthday bonus. But there is one for your one, if you are lvl 2 verified. And it's the VIP level base amount, 30 bucks for plat III for example.

I also did not get it, because they said I was unsubscribed to the newsletter. Also when I resubscribed immediately, I was not allowed to get the code afterwards...
