They made me wait 48 to 72 hours and I won’t be surprised if they just return my original bet amount of 60$. Imagine how many mistakes like this go unnoticed by players. Do you think evolution gaming would contact me and refund my money if I haven’t noticed it?😄
youcheckibet Posted January 28, 2023 #3 Posted January 28, 2023 First time I am hearing of this sort of issue. I am sure others have one unnoticed but I highly doubt it is a targeted scam by them, I mean why would they? Would get caught so easily.

Usually time to time a card gets out early then in that case they have two options either to refund everyone or continue playing and burn the card... Since they payed everyone and it seems like a mistake on there end based on your screen shot just wait the time frame... I think they are giving you that time frame to investigate why the error occured.. Because i am sure alot of money was invested in the system so it makes sense for them to find out why so others wont be effected as well.

I used to have a few times like this when i didn’t see my money added to my balance after I won playing bj. I didn’t pay much attention back then and I wonder if it could be the same case. Also had one time playing 2000$ bj hand and having a 20 and dealer had 6 and he dropped his second card out of the shoe( which was 10). They were sorting it out for over 10 minutes and then decided to eliminate that card and keep playing. As a result that card that he was supposed to get (10) got substituted by 5 and dealer got 21😁. Any person in the world that has at least some common sense would say that that hand should be at least cancelled and replayed but they settled it as loss. I’m saying all this to make a point that this is not the first time I’m being scammed by them but I still play there because there is no competition in online table games category. Pragmatic bj feels awkward.
