How does it work regarding trying to work for stake or become a dealer for blackjack?

Being a dealer isn't easy, just saying

where i am from its easy to be a dealer in Canada infact the province where i am from they host non profit casino and then haven them move on to the actual casinos easily. Working at a casino is rewarding because there is always a winner and you get "tips". Only shit part is it maybe long hours and can get boring because you keep doing to same thing deal cards. I guess the only way they get entertainment is by the customers.

You need experience to apply for the dealer's job. But, you can join as Shuffler as a fresher.
