Sharing a link in chat when a new thread is posted

Just like it's the case on Primedice in fact.

When a new thread (maybe only on some sections) is posted on forum, sharing the link automatically in the chat room according to the langage. A new thread in russian section => link in russian chat room.

That will make people in chat coming on the forum (eventually) and it will help Mods/Support to react more quickly if a suspicious thread is created on forum.
