Why are fixed amount bonuses lower sometimes?

I am plat III and the fixed about for pre or post monthly is 30 bucks.

But I twice got just 20 bucks, including this last one. 

How does it come that the fixed amount may actually change from time to time? I constantly have the same average wager and activity on the website.

Because sometimes they're higher.

wager is one thing that comes to play but the losses/winning as well...

Yeah, you probably didn’t lose as much if you’re getting lower, profit/loss plays a massive factor these days. May have used to be but I certainly wouldn’t call it ‘fixed’ anymore.

Yeah it’s based on losses. I’m getting fucking rinsed last few days on Originals. So stupid how it is meant to be random but seems you either hit everything or hit nothing for a long time

This is how my statistics look like. I used to have normal 30 bucks post monthly even with profits. The fact is that I really found no pattern. The first time that I had 2/3 bonus I had even lower loss, which averages my 200/300 bucks.
