This is a dumb statement. Only useful if it's the last leg of your parlay and all other games have ended, which was clearly not the case for either of his bets. Also sometimes due to bet issues the cashout option is just not available.

Cash out is not available when you're parlay is basketball. Specially when you have more 10 leg. It's over and under not betting team
