Weekly bonus

So on the 4th of February which was last weeks stream and 90 minute race I wagered 360k$. Today I went to claim my weekly and I saw 24$??? I am a platinum 5 and also my statistics 

Week (wagered) $369,207.31  (profit) $-2,531.27

As a platinum 5 I have many times before wagered big amounts. Getting the base plat weekly for that much wager though it is a first and im really dissapointed at stake for this...

I feel u, they said the wagering ends 1 day before so it should start as well one day before. 

If they do it from the moment you claim the weekly it should start counting again then. If they stop the warering for weekly one day before it should start wagering one day before as well.

Idk dude. I have wagered like this several times and this is a first time getting such a low weekly. Other times I didnt have problems with my weekly even if I wagered for the 90 minute race

Weird, must count for next week ask your host or talk to support make sure you didn't get screwed. Mine was garbage for my wager imo.

I already talked to my host. She said :”No, from 28th to 4th you had 344 tickets”

which is irrelevant to the weekly because tickets giveaway ends after the weekly drops so because I wagered within the 90 minute race which is after the weekly and before the ticket giveaway that’s why it says I have this much tickets. I admire her work and I know she just does what she has to do according to her job but you can’t be saying that the wager I made that was after the weekly dropped that it was for the weekly that past. I know that what games you play and how much you lose affects your weekly but I did exactly the same thing I have done several times and even so for the first time I had this much of a loss but still managed to get the base weekly. 
I just hope someone in charge can get a look at this and justify this wrongly credited weekly imo. I don’t want this to go unnoticed because I don’t find it fair.

I wagered $667k and is profiting, i got $436 and I'm also Platinum V. Comparing with yours with half my wagered in a week but is in loss you should get around half of what I got.

weekly is getting worse and worse. Imo we need less drops on tg and better weekly/ monthly bonus. Its hard enough to play here due to the giga shit rtp anyway

Yeah I know. I expected something like 200$ but when I saw 24 I was super comfused…

Yeah weekly has gotten really bad after they changed the formula…

they always tell weekly = friday to friday (so if you wager early saturday before weekly it counts for next week). sounds like your wager "disappeared" and didnt get added to your weekly

 

edit: for context, im p4 and got 19$ for 3 tickets (= pretty much base amount). sounds like your weekly was just base too

I am not an expert on how the weekly is calculated but i feel like there is some kind of descrimination here. Wagering 600k with 10k loss and getting 250$ weekly, wagering 450k with 2-3k loss and getting 165$ weekly. I just want to feel excited one time to see a nice juicy weekly. Do i have to play my house to see 500-600 weekly bonus or what? Rtp? They ripped it. No rtp. I am certain that they manipulate the rtp in any way they want. 

And how does the rakebank work? I am wagering 400k and my rakebac in total can be 50-60$

Weekly has been cut short yet again, so ridiculous.

I lost more than 2 weeks ago, claimed less bonus ( reloads) in the week than 2 weeks ago. Made more deposits than 2 weeks ago and wagered more than 2 weeks ago.

My weekly was half of what it was 2 weeks ago. WTF

Yeah something like that must have happened that’s why I want someone from technical support to look further into it… I have done the same thing several times but never something like that happened
