I play every day and is only experiencing lag when the weekly is released. I am lead to belive that  you guys are offloading money into provably scam games?

Server with limited capacity and there are many technical problems, traffic, hacker attacks, and other problems, I don't think the site operators like these problems and they work 24 hours a day to avoid all that and other things. There are many things that we don't know

Playing DICE through the API is still an imposition and not satisfactory for such a large website. There is so much ash (money) available, that common FIAT based casinos would be happy to be in such a good position. Other DICE sites perform much better. Even though they may have a smaller userbase, or not such a rich offering (they're happy to see dissatisfied players migrate to them, of course), this site has money in abundance. And still can't get a grip on their scaling problems. Before they added slots here, and the userbase was ten or a hundred times smaller, this site was a real speedster. Whenever the dicebot has an "error occurred while trying to bet (...blalbla...)" has hung up again and has to be restarted. Then it runs a bit more smoothly for, depending on the case, a few minutes to seconds. Until the process apparently stalls again. An incomparable gaming experience.

I have the same symptoms, hahaha! I'm not the only one! Their customer service can't do anything, will not help you check your account, and will not help you answer the correct questions!
