Missing Sports wager ⚠️ warning!

So I've been here with Stake and it's been an amazing casino and sports betting website thus far and have raved about on various different media platforms. I hope that this continues to keep on that positive experience. That being said, I have recently experienced a couple of instances where I had made a sports wager and my winnings were not in my wallet and luckily they were in the  settled queue and I brought it up to customer service and they corrected it no problem no fuss. Today it happened again I had made some halftime basketball sport bets with the points and they won except there was no payment in my wallet and they weren't in the settled queue as well. I had other parleys in my settled queue with the same basketball point spread picks and tennis added to them that lost and they were in the settled queue but the original ones weren't. They weren't cashed out the were anywhere to be found. Now at first I was thinking am I going crazy but then I was like no this has happened before but this is the first time the ticket itself was no where to be found. I know I had made it because the rest of the parleys we're just adding on tennis and soccer onto those two basketball point spread picks.  All of those lost due to other picks adding on but the original basketball wagers which had won were no where to be found. Now just like I know with customer service you'd ask did you have the ticket numbers and I already know that without the ticket numbers there no way to prove that I had made these wagers. I know that and have no intention of trying to get them recovered. Like I said up until today I had no reason to worry about my wagers and jot down or take screenshots of my wagers. But from now on I will and was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Is this something new? Like I said I caught it a couple of times that they didn't pay out until I brought it to customer service but this is the first time the tickets completely disappeared without a trace. Well just wanted to put this out there so people are aware that this can happen and to copy your tickets numbers if you care about your sports bet because just like everything else these systems are fallible and can make erroneous errors. Other than random instance this I love Stake. Thanks
