Plinko bug - i have not received my 130x winning

I've been playing plinko high on 16 rows yesterday, session wasn't really great but i kept grinding looking for 130 or 1000x 
When i finally got 130x something weird happened - there was no sound (when ball droped) and there is no bet ID of this bet

I contacted support asked what's going on, they told me "If you are concerned that your results are inaccurate, please verify your bet via provably fair that you can find on this page: https://www.provablyfair.me/casino/stake-verifier/"

And that's fine, but HOW THE HELL am i supposed to check this bet if BET ID DO NOT EXISTS? it's like this one specific ball that i threw and landed at 130x never happened

Many players experienced very similar bug in last few days - i don't know what's going on but  this bug literally cost me x130 win, it's awful.

This happened to me over 11 times the last few days its been an issue since 2018 from what i can see.. they told me to get a video of it happening because i let them know i cant access a bet id that doesnt exist lol... trying to find a recording online but to no avail.

Why u rigg stake? Pretty annoying also when it hits good x on your screen for example you see it hit 9x but game counts that as 2x, but had that happen other way around also when it hit 4x or 9x it think it was even 4x but counted as 130x lol, but theese plinko lags can rly be very fkin annoying and happens quite often

change seed, give me your client and server seed from that seed you currently have to verify when 130x happened on that seed I will post it here.

The SAME THING happened to me AND my brother early Saturday morning. First support told my brother it was caused by using a VPN (WE DONT USE VPN's) now they want the the bet id but like most people, we drop 20-30 balls at once and have now way of knowing which ball corresponds to which bet.

visual bug or not it's so annoying af when you finally get big hit after XX amount of balls and then it says "oh sorry it was another 0.2 coz of visual bug"

Fact that i'm not only one suggest that there is something wrong with plinko on stake lately

Yeah I just caught it on camera.....I have dropped millions of balls and have only once encountered this error...but it was 26x win when betting 10. I had an affiliate manager who told me some bs excuse then credited me the 260. ...ONLY because i had it on camera as i was taping my play cuz i used to stream for stake,,,,,

here's the vid guys...just wanted to re-create it for stake support with 0$ bets and i did....EVERY win is shown on the right, except the 130x one.....they better pay me for when i was betting $1 last night....

I play a lot of plinko and this has only happened to me in last few days. My VIP host told me to clear cache and restart router. lol That didn't work. It has happened at least 3 times. I need to record it.. so frustrating when 1000 balls deep

Yeah this has happened 3 or 4 times to me in the last week, has to just be a visual bug, if we were on instant bet we wouldn't notice + it is only a recent thing. Need to be fixed though.

I can help you but you have to unhash that server seed where that happened. Give me unhashed server seed.U  can give it by changing seed and then giving me bet id of one bets you made on that seed that didnt pay you.

There was no 130x between that range of 311615 - 311625 do you want me to run around 300k - 330k to see at which nonces it happened it it did?

HAHAHAH bro i had the same thing, but for me i played with 60ct betsize and 2 bets before the 130x hit the betsize suddenly was < 1ct XD. I had a bet id, but support wanted proof that i did not set the betsize myself. Scam shithole

There was no 130x between that range of 311615 - 311625 do you want me to run around 300k - 330k to see at which nonces it happened it it did?

You can't see this one because bet where 130x happened either wasn't recorded at all or it's shown as 0.2x, clearly has been 130x on my screen
