Issue with rains & chat-room

Hello Forum,

I am experiencing an issue with the rains in country-specific chat rooms on at Stake. Specifically, I am a member of the Finnish chat room community and I have noticed that my account has been unable to receive rains since yesterday, despite meeting all of the necessary requirements (e.g., 3k weekly wager, KYC 2, and chat room activity). It is possible that my account is "stuck" in another chat room, such as the sports chat, which may be preventing me from receiving rains in the Finnish chat room or there is a major glitch in the rain-bot system that does not "register" my account chatting in the chat-room at all.

I kindly request assistance with this matter, as other customers in the Finnish chat room have reported similar issues. I did requested to be muted by one of our moderators, which they did, but this did not help my situation. 

It's like the rain bot does not register me being in there and chatting.

thank you for reaching out. due the high demand of rainfarmers we had to make some adjustment's in our rain policy. Anyone who's nickname starts with MK have been transferred to chinese rain algorythm. So now on recieving any rain means you have to start learn chinese and move to chinese chatroom. As I mentioned, this feature provides the bonus randomly, so not all players will receive it.

Seems like a random issue. Just be sure to have only 1 window open in that chat. But it should register you fine, makes no sense it wouldn't.

ive had this same problem. i cleared everything on my browser, i was only logged in on 1 device and had the right chatroom open. obviously i had my wager and kyc done aswell. it fixed itself after a few days of not receiving any rains. support couldnt help and said everything is working, but since this has happened to other ppl aswell there has to be some problem.
