htsderez Posted February 20, 2023 #1 Posted February 20, 2023 I have had my host since platinum 1 2 years back. He then cut my reloads because I "didnt wager enough" . But I still had my host and he said once I wager more again he will give back my reload option. Didn't use stake for a while then (also because they gave me ridiculous limits for my favourite sports to bet on ) and changed my telegram. Today I thought about restarting and asked support to tell me the name of my host again. They told me I dont have a host anymore and I will get it back at platinum 4. So first the "forever reloads" promise was broken and then the host promise as well. Support just said it's stated in the rules. Yes, NOW, but the rules were different before. Not trustworthy!!

Yes they changed to only giving Hosts from Plat IV now. I kind of agree though, given you were grandfathered into the earlier host system, you probably should get it back. But it is what it is. You still get the Plat benefits and once you hit IV you will get a host again.

youcheckibet Posted February 21, 2023 #4 Posted February 21, 2023 If you can show me where it says the host is forever then sure, but otherwise you can ask again nicely, but likely you will have to suck it up until Plat IV.
thejunespirit Posted February 22, 2023 #5 Posted February 22, 2023 I got my host taken away twice for not watering enough, funny. I made some sizeable deposits so she reappeared after she went the first time, then disappeared again a little while later.
