i would get help https://www.begambleaware.org/ you shouldn't spend all your money on gambling.  When you gamble like others have mentioned "consider that that money is already lost". Gambling should be for entertainment only not a way to chase losses or making a living there is a old saying house always wins.... Once gambling doesn't become fun you should stop look for other hobby's.

Gambling for entertainment - house always wins! this is the most idiot quote we always hear... and for sure those who started these gambling things came up with the quote haha... is not entertain at all when you use $ on it.

See a psychiatrist. People don’t gamble because they need money, they gamble in the hopes of getting that rush which may or may not lead to money. If you promised every gambler they would be guaranteed to make money  .01 per hour or have a 1% shot to make 100x that, they will never take the guaranteed money. That’s why gambling is gambling.
