And I have enough wager to upgrade to gold. This day I contacted support and this time Mr. Juan was in charge of support and he told me that he didn't know anything about the issue and then I told him that I want to talk to support in Spanish and that he could help me and he still disrespected me. You can only check your real wager in the "Progress" tab, it only changes when you play, and the coin price does not affect your progress percentage. So there's no problem. Regards
