( ) what you posted are the highest multipliers achieved on these slots, but whats actually posted in the promotion is the following: so i was under the assumption, that the goal of this promotion is to grind as much multipliers above 100x as possible. i got over 100 times a 100x, didnt get anything. instead the highest multipliers were rewarded cheers
Bighefti69 Posted March 23, 2023 #2 Posted March 23, 2023 I think a mistake was made, according to the forum list, the number of bonuses was not evaluated, but only the size of the largest x multi. I had around 300 hits over 100x that doesn't fit the list.

It might be cause I’m not a native English speaker but I’m pretty certain it means collect as many 100xs a possible. So you hit 150x and 400x? Then on the leaderboard it should say 2 right?

Ok they are not able to know all of the promo things, that’s fine for me, but to say instantly everything is correct handled and only after I showed pictures with the term sentences. Then the support forward my point of view to the marketing department. this must be a little bit better 😊

If resourcing doesn't allow for checking before issuing thousands of dollars incorrectly, and frustrating every player that took part in the promo, then find ways to make it more transparent throughout. Any leaderboard based competition, should have a live, or regularly updated leaderboard. It would allow players to spot if the wrong wording, or methodology was being applied, from the bet start of the challenge. Also, cutting out the risk of staff misunderstanding the actual promotion.

I told him that their team made a mistake by sending him these pics: My highest win during this challenge and my ranking in the leasderboard This was his reply: Not sure how he understands my "point of view". It is not my point of view, it is simply sensible thinking. I proved that the evaluation was not according to the challenge rules and he asks for bet ids! The bet ids won't help anything if they don't get the point in the first place! Well, well, well... I tried hard. I contacted another support person. He seemed a bit more willing to help at the beginning. I guess he realized that there was a big mess, so he gave me the standard reply: It is not the bets that are in question but the work of the promo team.

He seems pretty adament that they should have been calculated by taking the sum of all the multis over 100x. Which I don't think anyone would have a problem with. But the closest to explicit explanation we have at how the scores are calculated in the terms is this sentence: Quote However, in the event multiple players finish on the same amount of multipliers, the prize allocated to the respective leaderboard place will be evenly split between all players
