Chaos Collector - wrong payout ?

Hey @AleksandarZ, I saw the leaderboard for chaos collector but something is not right. I can see it's sorted by the highest multi and not the amount of 100x collected. Is it correct? I got around 35 (or a bit less) 100+x and it should be enough to be in the leaderboard?

The promo team is checking, it looks like there was an error. It will be corrected and a new table of winners will be relesed.

Giving me a total multi of 5857x instead of the 5766.5 u gave me as rank 21.

questions ; 1) How did you find 5766.5? since a simple substraction would give us the missing id .

                        

Having to collect the bet id is already annoying but having to do all this is crazy.

Yeah,  was checking even though i didn't take part and it confused me.The promotion clearly states that the most individual 100x or overs yet payout table shows total multipliers.Like if i hit one time 10.000x does it equal to 100 100x's?

It seems that the program in which we extract the winners did not count one of the bets you made. Can you tell me in which coin would you like to receive your prize?

i observed something similar. i didnt check all my bets for the chaos collector and to be honest i was just too lazy to count all of them, since i had quite a lot last week - probalby i would come up with a different result as opposed to what counted for the promotion  

 

but i checked some bet archives for stats, and i remembered some high multis, these multipliers were not in the bet archives. i took this to the support and they told the tech team about it - they were able to provide me the bet id. the team said, the bets are still in the backend - maybe this is why they sometimes show up and sometimes bets appears to be missing. 

 

what i want to say: maybe there is a database issue or so, they are informed and probably working on that - tech guy was super nice

It's very possible that something like that happened 🤦‍♂ I just hope it gets fixed or I will advise the promo team to change the terms.
