taraeby Posted March 25, 2023 #1 Posted March 25, 2023 So I went to claim my weekly bonus and thought it would be something half decent because i ripped all my deposits this week. When i saw it was 10$ i knew something was wrong. I made multiple deposits over 600$ in total. I lost everything this week and obviously wagered. So how can i only get back the base amount of my rank in weekly bonus(plat1). I went back to each week and looked at my weekly bonus' and i've deposited less and wagered less some weeks and got back much more. I also wager the same everyweek (sportsbook) so that cant be the issue. I asked support to take a quick look and i obviously got the generic paragraph copy and pasted response. So i know they didn't look at my stats or wagers. I obviously was frustrated and asked how i can get back 0$ on my gameplay fora weekly bonus when i deposited so much and wagered(lost it all) . there response was "you need to wager higher to get higher bonus" First off i definitely don't because i looked at my weeklys in previous weeks . All i want is a clear answer , not some generated scripted message with no reasoning behind it . I know my weekly should of been more than 10$ beacause if my base is 10$ and i wagered and deposited and came out negative . I sure as hell should be getting more than nothing back .

They wanna look up, how many will leave because of this - and if it's still profitable - by reducing this giveaway mentality - they fixed customers with. They don't care, they won't explain anything - they just will use the greed option, which they are allowed to - and try to see if they're digging their own grave - by reducing all available bonus options. I wonder, if other crypto casinos, will use this shitmove to expand their market by taking the spot.

I think the owner of a site or administration does not have convincing answers. I got 0.02 cents two weeks ago. That was funny and ironic when I asked for an explanation from the support team.

Gonger Posted March 26, 2023 #13 Posted March 26, 2023 Usually I'm on the side of "like it or leave it" and "yeah it could better but play just about anywhere else and you'll see how it could be worse" But around a year ago they made an announcement that they're tweaking the super secret formula for calculating weekly & monthly, so that those in profit will notice less in bonus, but, those in a loss should be getting a noticeable increase (oh and BTW we're totally nerfing rakeback as well) I was skeptical to say the least (and quite pissed about the rakeback change) but hey, they dropped a code and increased the next weekly and monthly so it was forgotten about rather quickly. In my experience Stake has been much better than other sites. However, them trying to casually shift majority of marketing focus/funds to social media and sports sponsor marketing while noticeably reducing active player bonuses without saying anything about it is on par with the other shady platforms I left to come play on Stake... It'd be one thing it people were just acting entitled. But these expectations were set by Stake only to be changed with little to no acknowledgement

The fact that they claim that the weekly is dependant on the wager is bs. I used to have 0.5$ base amount without wagering anything. The support of replied like this. Quote Hey there, Rest assured as our weekly boosts are calculated carefully and sent out. Our marketing team, who is in charge of these bonuses, reserves the right to change requirements, and/or how a bonus is calculated, at their own discretion, without having to announce it. Then I asked them to check with the marketing team and received the following as a reply Quote You have to me more active over a longer period to increase bonus value. and Quote The bonus was credited appropriately. Perhaps next week you will receive a higher value one. Does the customer support consist of bots, or do they simply not care?

Other than the absolutely ridiculous “bonus codes” that require 5k-10k wager? And half the time, I miss the codes. 🤦🏼♀️

They make our pockets empty , and give less than a penny, that's makes u angry and u made another deposit, and ofcourse u burst...
