There is a set requirement of 1k$ wager/ticket which is pretty decent. When a player plays for million of $ they have many tickets, don't you think they deserve a better chance to win than someone like me who only keeps a handful of tickets. Also, it all comes down to luck in the end, mathematically though some people have thousands of tickets and have a better chance of winning, even a person with 1 ticket can go home with the same prize, all it takes is 1 ticket and a lot of luck.
