Forum Posting Issue

I recently created an account to participate in the forum casino giveaways; one such giveaway is the wheel giveaway this week. However, I don't see an option to respond/reply to the thread unlike other posts where I can see where I can reply. Do I not fulfill some sort of requirement or am I just missing something? Cheers.

Never mind, the option just popped up, I guess maybe it was because I didn't have 10 posts previously and it didn't update
