Thank you for your reply. However, as a player it's super annoying that this happens almost every week and this promotion is not the only one where mistakes happen on a regular basis. Wouldn't it be easier in general to have all those promotions evaluated automatically? It could even show the player when they achieved a multiplier on site, that they qualified for the promotion, for example. Thanks for taking care of the payout, @AleksandarZ!

As always, all eligible winners will be paid, all promotions are set to be paid within 72h. I will send the coupons soon. nothing to worry about👍
