Kamikae961 Posted April 3, 2023 #1 Posted April 3, 2023 So today I did hit over 2000x on "release the kraken 2" ( I was buying the bonuses to win the challenge ). After some time, I did hit 2411x on it. The support then saying it's not active which is wrong and it still shows active for me and for my friends. What do I do ?

This is because the result of the bonus-buy is not a multiple of the spin amount, but a multiple of the bonus buy amount. (example: If you buy a 100$ bonus from fruit party and max win the result is 100$ x 50X, not 1$ x 5000X)
