Level 2 Verification

I’ve been at stake since a couple days after it opened.   2017 ….. recently things changed and they started asking for verification.   I never did it as it seemed like a hassle.   The other day I decided might as well so I can claim more m bonuses 

 

 

so I submitted my id.    It got denied cuz it was blurry.  So I submitted my id again.    It got denied and they asked for a passport.   So I submitted my passport.   Next thing I know my account is banned …. My passport shows i was BORN in Ontario …. Not living there.   Born.    
 

so they ask for address verification … so I upload address verification.   They deny it.   It was a bank statement.    They said they wanted a utility bill.   I rent and it’s included in my rent so I don’t have one.   
 

than they said the bank statement was okay and I needed to take selfie with my passport.   

so I did … and they denied it again.    
 

This time they said I needed a clearer selfie .. and a utility bill.  Like how much clearer can a selfie be ??  

 

I am platinum 3 almost 4 and have been at stake since they opened …. 

 

so I am still restricted from playing with the reason I live in Ontario ….    

 

now what ?   Unbelievable

This is not right!! #FreePae!! Obviously if she wasn't living where she says she is then she wouldn't have attempted to verify for a few extra bucks on bonuses I mean c'mon!! And I can personally vouch for the fact that she lives in Nova Scotia because we live in the same province! I verified my account in Ontario before Ontario was banned and luckily I moved since then (Not because of stake but it was a major deciding factor lol) and to live closer to Pae of course! lol

She showed me her selfies and her passport and it says it was issued in Toronto not that she lives in Toronto.... she should have never gotten banned for that, her passport was issued years ago!! Not to mention the fact she had just given them a recently issued, within the last month, perfectly valid Nova Scotia ID and I'm not sure what bank she uses but I know they accepted a bank statement just fine as proof of address for me. It says that's an acceptable form of proof right in the terms and conditions. This is really going overboard here. We have another high level stake user being targeted for banishment, Someone that's been a staple of the stake community since it began. Someone who is a mod at other casinos and a trusted member of the stake community that everyone loves. I hope accounts recovery reads this and helps you become a success story like they helped me become a success story. Stake helped me get my account back after someone hacked it and sold it and then it got it banned.... and so I know they will help you get yours back too. I understand the due process and I'm sure there are a lot of fakes out there but how far does someone really have to go to prove themselves? She jumped through all the hoops let her have the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. She's one of the people that has made stake the empire it is today with her contributions and her presence alone so #FreePae!!

Long winded I know but if you made it this far you should comment too because you care about Pae and other high level stake users who get banned for being perfectly legitimate just because of the few that try to beat the system!! We have earned a fair trial and some of us don't always get one.

There are still other documents that you could submit to get verified and get access to your account.

Since you rent and can't get the utility bill, I suggest you submit a Tenancy Agreement. If you currently don't have one, reach out to your landlord and ask them to write one up (Since, its legally required to have one when you're renting).

Hope your issue gets resolved.

Wow now I'm afraid to level up and I was thinking about verifying myself to participate in the weekly stream and the bonus drops but it sounds like it's not worth the risk. Good luck it sounds like you did everything you could I hope they get it resolved!

My bad!!!! You are right it, does say sometimes Bank statements can't be accepted but hey that's a great idea with the lease agreement!! We both moved here pretty recently they might not have given her a copy of it yet but I'm sure she can ask for one!

Yikes I'm level 2  verified all I had to do was submit my passport and thats it... now I'm afraid too even comment on this and get scrutinized when i just recently got my wallet stolen and don't even have a new ID yet lol And my parents pay my utility bills and they have never given me a lease agreement, and I don't have a bank I spend all my money at Stake. lol!!!! JK Goodluck girlfriend I always enjoy chatting with you at stake I hope it gets figured out!!

I submitted my id .. my passport … bank statement … selfie with passport in hand.   Unbelievable ! 

They denied me again because I was wearing a headband in the picture !   Haha !    What a joke !    I’ll take my money somewhere else.

it was very fast process  if you upload correct documents
