France Wants To Create ICO Framework To Lure Startups Its Way

Even if they were a big deal in 2017, ICOs have a bad press since few months now. Lots of countries banned them or when to regulate them. But it seem that France didn't receive the memo.

Instead they want to make the country the more ICO-friendly possible by letting companies launch their initial coin offerings (ICO) and get a formal stamp of approval to validate they are not scam and protect the investors.

In 2018 we already saw more than 120 ICOs launched, with more than 1.5 billions $ invested in it.

I wiill wait to see if this is coming to reality and if legislators will not change things to make that unrealistic for ICOs to compell with the law (i'm use to big announcement in FRance with no concrete results after) but that could be a very great things for the coins and the investors around the world :)
