The current situation shows that there must be people who need to ensure more quiet and friendly in the chat.

Hi all, most know me from the German chat room by now, and I would like to support and be a part of the current mod team to further help the German room in all it's wild degenerate "woooo" glory.

2. Around 6-8hrs on weekdays (CEST working hours), less on weekends

3. A moderator has a multitude of tasks. They look after the overall environment and the "feeling" of a chatroom. This includes enforcing the chat rules, but also judging chat situations by their best ability, and moderating disputes. They are there to help newbies with questions, but also take part in conversations with everybody. Since they are in an official capacity of Stake, they explain and help with Stake specific news and decisions. And they take care of users, by e.g. referring them to gambler aware pages if necessary.

4. I have so far experienced the German chatroom to be an awesome mixture of joking, serious discussion and overall good atmosphere. I would like to help out in those times when moderation is required (rule breaking, begging, harsh disputes) as well as be a part of the Stake team that makes the chatroom such a good environment. I love to host roll hunts or trivias or such things and would contribute to making the room a fun experience for all.

Because I want to ensure that the German chat has a good chat climate and is not toxic to each other, I am nocturnal and it is not always so nice in the chat. I always try to transmit positive vibes

sometimes more sometimes less time , but when I am a mod I will of course look more often during the day in the chat and also stay longer 

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

The job of a moderator is to keep the chat clean. To make sure that everyone is peaceful with each other, no insults place, no begging or cheating place. Rollhunts for the members, answer questions about the chat rules and bring them to the members, so that everyone adheres to the rules in the chat. Peaceful interaction is important , jokes can be made but you should still always behave. 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I am self-employed and have to deal with people every day and also know how to deal with them.The German chat room has grown enormously, new players join every day.Of course not everyone respects the rules is to see ahead. the mods can not be online 24 hours a mod More would help that all feel comfortable, no begging and scam place and politely reminded of the rules.

yes I'm registered since 2021 in May and yes I was also warned once and muted , I have changed my behavior completely, that have also all in the chat notice. I am since my last mute, which is a long time ago a peaceful user. I like to make jokes that of course do not go below the belt line and I am also open to many jokes. As I said that was a long time ago and was at the beginning of my stake time. You get older and accordingly one behaves of course. 

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I have never been a moderator in a forum,however I know how this job works . It's like working life when you are self-employed. You want to keep order in your store. You remind your customers that there are rules to follow. It's not just the rules, of course you also try to solve problems if you can help. 

I would be happy to become a moderator to help everyone feel comfortable in the German chat room.

I would probably the first diamond 2 mod on stake

I spend a lot of time chatting, sometimes on my cell phone or laptop. So I could help a lot with problems or keep the chat clean. If someone tags me or asks for me, I'll be there quickly.

In addition to the above tasks, there is also the hosting of rollhunts and trivia so that the chat stays active and you can challenge yourself with others.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I'd like to be a moderator so SF won't be. No, joking aside, I'm happy to help other people with their problems and would do my best to ensure the rules are followed.

I was already muted, but that was a long time ago and I didn't know the rules exactly myself. But that was a really long time ago and now I know all the rules and haven't noticed anything negative for a long time.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

Yes, I've been a moderator for a large Twitch/Kick streamer for a long time and I've moderated a lot and kept the chat clean, but I've also warned users who have misbehaved and banned them in serious cases. So I'm up to the task very well, which fits perfectly with stake.

At the beginning I have to say that I can become a moderator in two months, it probably rejects me from the start but I would love to stay so I will write anyway 😉, and if it would be worthed, I can be a moderator in Polish and German chat, because I know both of these languages (sorry for such a long intro)

Since I'm in the chat a lot anyway, I'd be happy to be the first female mod and try to make the chat a bit friendlier. I always answer a lot of questions and I enjoy being in contact with people. Since I'm a saleswoman by profession, it's easy for me.

Usually 6 - 9 hours a day. I watch a lot of live events on stake and have a parallel chat on.

 

 

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

Most importantly, a moderator will ensure that the chat rules set by Stake are followed by the players. This includes taking necessary actions such as warnings and mutes against players, 
who do not follow the rules. 

 A moderator also ensures that the general attitude and atmosphere in the chat is positive and that every player feels welcome.

Especially with short questions like " when is the monthly bonus coming 🙊" a moderator should intervene quickly to relieve the live support as well.

 

 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

i would like to become a moderator for the german chat, because we have a constantly growing community, as new players join and old players find their way back. As I am a native German speaker and speak the language perfectly and am a respectful person towards other people and I feel the "Stake.com Spirit" and would like to pass it on like that I think I am well suited.

2. mostly 3-7hourrs, depends if i have balance or not  and if i would be a mod, i would be definitly be more active^^ 

3. The Mod have to know the rules, can answer People questions, be active in the chat, friendly to everyone, follow the rules and mute the people wich doesnt do it, be good at communication, can keep his agressions under control and some more but this are kinda the most important.

4. i am not allways an engel but i have a great logical thinking and have a lot understanding. There are a lot of people wich beg a lot, rainfarm or spam, it makes the chating experience bad. I would like to help to make the chat experience nice so people are feel confident there and dont get angry be reading allways passive begger or see rainfarmers stealing their possible rain, or be aggressive to each other. there are rooms for everyone so they can stay there and dont siwtch rooms just for the money. 
5. yes, i think a lot of time beetween 5-8 , some are new some are old, the one mute i still dont understand but i accepted all, but the one for „socialsharing“ not really, but  i did something wrong and its my fault and stand to it when i did something not right^^
